Can I arrange to view and inspect the cars in advance of my wedding?

It is vital that you know what you are getting. Old cars require a lot of attention, and the last thing you want on your wedding day is a car that does not meet your expectations, or worse breaks down. You can inspect our cars with pleasure.

 How many weddings will you be doing on the same day as my wedding?

To ensure your wedding day goes smoothly, you need to be confident that you have your chauffeur's undivided attention in case unpredictable events demand last minute timing adjustments. 

Do you charge extra for additional trips?

Extra trips are often required, for example, to pick up the bridesmaids. Not only do you not want any unexpected invoices after your wedding, but you should not have to feel unreasonably restricted by details such as this. We provide an all inclusive price.

Will I receive a detailed, written confirmation of transportation arrangements for the day?

This is an invaluable aid when planning the exact details for your wedding day. There will be a lot of events to synchronise, including reception times, transporting the guests, times to put on invitations and the like. Please complete all details on our booking form.

Does the chauffeur practice the route in advance?

Requesting this may seem extortionate, but the benefits are massive. The chauffeur may know the area like the back of his hand, but a practice run before the wedding will allow avoidance of common timing hiccups, such as recent road workings, diversions and the like.

Do you provide Champagne en-route?

Book with us and we include a bottle of chilled bubbly en-route.

Do you inspect the logistics of the church or registry office?

On your wedding day, you will not want to worry about getting out of the car on a busy road, or worse, waiting for the chauffeur to perform an awkward three point turn before you can walk down the aisle. Hence be sure that your chauffeur will be inspecting the church in advance and planning the approach accordingly.

Do you allow me to choose the ribbon colour on the cars?

It would not do for the rosettes to be in cream, and your wedding car company to only use pink ribbons now would it? We have a range of colours we keep in stock, we will try to match your theme, and confirm this prior to the day.

Do you cross reference other events occurring on my wedding day?

For example, if a football match is on, you will require your chauffeur to take this into account in advance when considering the routes to take and the estimated times of arrival.
